Job Description

We are looking for multilingual property consultants based in Dubai with previous real estate or luxury sales experience. German, French, Italian, Romanian and other European language skills are valued. Freshers and candidates based outside the UAE are not considered.

About Enclave Dubai

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial properties across the secondary and off-plan markets. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence and strong developer relationships.

Minimum 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience
Fluency in at least one additional language, alongside strong English
Ability to communicate with international buyers and investors
Strong client consultation and relationship-building skills
Experience presenting properties to different client profiles
Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up
Dubai real estate experience preferred

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh leads and marketing support
Telesales and content support
