Reports to: Senior Design DirectorThe RoleWe’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who thrives on storytelling through movement. You’ll be at the heart of our creative campaigns, working closely with art directors, copywriters, content strategists, and client teams to produce eye-catching, scroll-stopping visuals. Whether it’s animating a product video, designing an intro for a corporate film, or bringing social content to life—you’ll be the visual energy behind the motion.What You’ll Do at Quill

  • Create impactful and engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, events, internal videos, and client content.
  • Collaborate with creative and servicing teams to conceptualize ideas and translate them into polished animations and videos.
  • Design and animate storyboards, assets, transitions, and visual elements that align with campaign strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Edit raw footage and incorporate motion graphics, sound, and voice-over to produce high-quality final products.
  • Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Bring your creative perspective into brainstorming sessions and pitches.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate our content.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video design, ideally within a creative or advertising agency.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your range—from slick social animations to longer-form content and brand videos.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in 2D animation (3D skills like Cinema 4D or Blender are a bonus).
  • A keen eye for composition, typography, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit—we value team players who bring both creativity and solutions to the table.
  • Passion for design, detail, and delivering work that makes a mark.

Bonus if You

  • Can storyboard and develop concepts from scratch.
  • Have a basic understanding of sound editing or UI/UX animation.
  • Love bringing bold, fresh creative ideas to life—and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team.
