Responsibilities

• Work closely with editors and designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly.
• Develop graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital tools.
• Edit and enhance existing graphics to improve overall visual appeal and clarity.
• Ensure animations are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on designs based on critique.
• Maintain a high level of creativity, innovative thinking, and technical proficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and precision.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics and design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and color theory in design work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics design work and animations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively on concurrent projects.
