Mortgage Consultant – UAE (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in the UAE mortgage industry and a strong understanding of banking products, property financing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage products, loan options, and eligibility criteria.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and banking partners.

• Evaluate clients’ financial status to determine suitable loan solutions.

• Assist clients with mortgage applications, documentation, and approvals.

• Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and bank policies.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and processes across UAE banks.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
