Skills Description

Person specifications:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students through engaging and innovative language learning.
• Be willing to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to a high-performing team, and share outstanding practice.
• Have a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
