يقوم بتنفيذ أوامر تنفيذ الضبط والإحضار وكف البحث والاستثناءات وأوامر الحبس والإفراج وفقاً لقرار قاضي التنفيذ.
يقوم بإصدار شهادات لمن يهمه الأمر لصالح المنفذ ضده.
يعد رسائل الاستعلام والتحري والضبط والاحضار والانابات القضائية والرسائل الخاصة بقرارات قاضي التنفيذ.
يعرض الطلبات المقدمة ويعتمد التقارير ذات الصلة من قبل رئيس قسم المطالبات المالية قبل ارسالها الى قاضي التنفيذ.
يتابع ملف التنفيذ ويتواصل مع طالب التنفيذ بخصوص حاله سير الطلب.
يتابع تقارير الخبرة مع مكتب الأمين العام والمعني بتعيين خبير مختص لتثمين الموجودات.
يتابع ملفات تجديد عقود الايجار والغرامات.
يقوم بتحصيل الاموال والغرامات والرسوم الخاصة بالمطالبات المالية.
يقوم بالاستعلام والحجز عن الممتلكات الخاصة بالمنفذ ضده.
يقوم بعملية التقييم والبيوع الخاص بالموجودات والممتلكات الخاصة بالمنفذ ضده.
يقوم بتجديد عقود الايجار الخاص بأحد أطراف النزاع وفق الحكم الصادر.

Qualifications

بكالوريوس في القانون
لا يتطلب خبرة عملية

المهارات المطلوبة:

الإلمام بالجوانب القانونية
الالمام بكافة السياسات والاجراءات والانظمة المتعلقة بمجال العمل.
