MIS Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and present data across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should be an Excel expert, capable of building dashboards, generating insightful reports, and translating complex data into meaningful business insights. This role involves extensive interaction with internal stakeholders, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


MIS & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for various business functions
  

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports
  

• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
  

• Maintain and manage large datasets with strong data governance practices
  
  

• Analyze operational, financial, sales, and project-related data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  

• Provide actionable insights to support management decision-making
  

• Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc analytical reports and presentations
  
  

• Create interactive dashboards using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros preferred)
  

• Coordinate with teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
  

• Continuously enhance existing dashboards and reporting formats
  
  

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Projects, Procurement, Leadership, etc.)
  

• Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective MIS solutions
  

• Act as a single point of contact for MIS-related queries and data requests
  

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
  

• Strong experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation
  

• Good understanding of data analysis and business metrics
  

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / other BI tools is an added advantage

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles
  

• Prior experience in real estate / infrastructure / construction industry is preferred (but not mandatory)
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
