UAE Nationals for retail

What will your mission be?

As a participant in the Hermes Mihraj Graduate Program, your mission is to grow with excellence, curiosity, and innovation. You will immerse yourself in our unique culture, learn from industry leaders, and contribute meaningfully to our store operations across multiple functions within retail.

What will your daily life look like?

  • Participate in rotations across relevant departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.
  • Contribute to on-going projects, offering fresh perspectives and solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to support departmental objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings
  • Present learnings and key outcomes at the end of each rotation

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree (0-2 years of experience)
  • Passion for continuous learning
  • The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy
  • A team player attitude.
  • UAE Nationals (with family book)
