Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic software Channel Sales Representative for our global Military Aviation software sales team. This role is pivotal in leading channel sales campaigns, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) goals.  This is a new role managing about 10-15 regional software resellers. This is a remote position. However, candidates must live in Dubai. 

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Global Channel Sales Manager, establish a new role managing 10-15 resellers based in the Middle East
  • Seamlessly integrate your regional channel sales strategy into the larger Military Aviation sales team selling in a hybrid sales model
  • Develop a regional partnership strategy from an established network of 12 resellers in the Middle East
  • Drive channel sales pipeline growth and accurately forecast opportunities in Salesforce
  • Renew annual customer subscriptions via resellers
  • Manage the intersection of reseller contracts, legal compliance, and business performance of the partner network
  • Collaborate with both Sales and Marketing on event marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Research and analyze competitive landscape
  • Establish and maintain a broad network to address customer needs and promote Jeppesen ForeFlights value
  • Prepare proposals and contracts

 

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of indirect or channel sales experience
  • Experience in public sector channel sales in the Middle East, preferably in software-related fields
  • Proficiency and business fluency in English
  • Ability to develop and maintain regional partnership strategies
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain ongoing partner relationships
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience in partner-selling to Middle Eastern Governments and Ministries of Defense, as well as third-party integrators
  • Cultural knowledge and business experience in the Middle East
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with minimum travel requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for aviation, software, and sales!
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Pilot or aviation enthusiast

This is a remote position. However, candidates must live in Dubai

This position is currently part of Boeing but is planned to transition to an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close. Additional details about this transition will be shared as they become available.
