We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Strategist with a strong background in brand to join our team. In this client-facing role, you’ll report into the local Strategy Director as well as the Regional Consulting Director, helping to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with our key clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and connecting them with our Consulting offer.

BRAND STRATEGIST (6+ YEARS)

As a Brand Strategist, you will help solve business and brand challenges by connecting brand, business and culture. You will turn research and signals into sharp insight, clear direction, and inspiring brand strategies that unlock strong brand and design outcomes.

About The Role

You will work at the intersection of brand and experience design, partnering with account leads and designers across integrated projects.

You will lead strategy workstreams end-to-end, from research and insight to frameworks, narratives and presentations.

This role is based in our Dubai office (hybrid: 4 days in office, Friday WFH) and is suited to someone with 6+ years experience in brand strategy or consulting-style strategic work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Insight & Strategy Development

  • Lead research approaches (desk research, stakeholder interviews, cultural analysis, qualitative and quantitative inputs) and synthesize into clear insights.
  • Develop positioning, value propositions, architecture frameworks, audience understanding and strategic narratives.
  • Create practical frameworks that connect business objectives to brand and experience decisions.


Briefing & Collaboration

  • Write inspiring briefs and work closely with creative and design teams through development.
  • Partner with client and account leads to align stakeholders, constraints and success measures.
  • Present strategy with clarity and confidence, turning complexity into direction.


Effectiveness & Learning

  • Help define objectives and KPIs for engagements and brand campaigns.
  • Support measurement and learning plans that capture impact and inform what comes next.


WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

6+ years experience in strategy within an agency, consultancy, brand team, or design-led environment.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.

Cultural curiosity and comfort working across categories and stakeholders in the Middle East and beyond.

A confident collaborator who enjoys shaping teams and the work.
