What You’ll Do

Own the Core Identity Infrastructure

• Architect and govern multi-domain, multi-site Active Directory environments
• Define standards for OU structures, GPOs, trust models, and AD topology
• Manage FSMO roles and Active Directory Sites & Services
  
  

Drive Security & Compliance

• Implement strong identity and messaging security baselines
• Lead privileged access management and hardening initiatives
• Proactively address vulnerabilities and audit findings
  
  

Lead Messaging Platforms

• Manage Exchange environments (On-Prem, Hybrid, Online)
• Ensure secure and reliable mail flow and compliance configurations
• Continuously optimize performance and availability
  
  

Strengthen Identity Services

• Own Enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle management
• Support core identity protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, and trusts
  
  

Enable Transformation

• Drive upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Lead RCA efforts and ensure continuous improvement
• Work within structured change governance (CAB) processes
  
  

Ensure Resilience

• Design and validate disaster recovery strategies
• Lead DR drills and ensure business continuity readiness
  
  

Mentor & Lead

• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
• Promote best practices, documentation, and automation (PowerShell)

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise Windows infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Exchange ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of GPO, DNS, DHCP, and identity management
• Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Hands-on with High Availability, DR, and backup/restore strategies
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Strong focus on security, governance, and compliance

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (Identity / Azure / Security)
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Exposure to Zero Trust frameworks
