- Managing both direct and indirect teams, including those based onshore and offshore.
- Overseeing Retail Maintenance, CIU Letter management, and Drop box fulfillment processes.
- Ensuring transactions are processed according to agreed service standards.
- Performing GL reconciliations and ensuring no exceptions in reporting.
- Tracking monthly exceptions and reporting to relevant stakeholders, adhering to escalation processes.
- Maintaining high-quality standards across Retail Maintenance, CIU, and LAP onboarding units.
- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place for tracking and monitoring original file receipts and adherence to archival processes.
- Maintaining all required controls, risk factors, and procedures.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with personnel from other sections and divisions.

Managing MIS and providing weekly/monthly reports to key business stakeholders.
