What Youll Do

• Business Support: Support the sales team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data. Participate in the planning and execution of business-related incentive programs and activities. Organize business meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure effective communication of key content. Assist in the design and production of sales tools to help frontline teams achieve results more efficiently. 2.Team Support: Support the development of sales team culture and office environment;Handle applications and tracking of sales team resources and materials. Perform other support-related tasks as needed.
  
  

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales assistance, operations support, administration, HR, or corporate culture roles; 2. Proficient in office software and basic statistical formulas; candidates with skills in image editing, video production, and online promotional content creation are preferred; 3.Strong skills in organizing team activities and writing promotional content; 4. Friendly and approachable personality, with a patient and detail-oriented work style;Highly proactive and results-driven, with strong interpersonal, coordination, and creative thinking.
