Position

Bulgari MEAI is looking for a Merchandising Associate Manager to join the Maison. This person will help with translating sales insights and local market needs into strategic decisions to drive the Regional assortment across markets & categories. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines Product understanding and Business acumen to drive performance in line with the Regional sales objectives.

Contribute to the Regional Merchandising Strategy in synergy between Central Guidelines and Local Needs to drive sales growth and elevate the Brand image based on store typology, market trends, and clients profile:

  • Drive the Buying Strategy for the Region at category and store level, balancing novelties and bestsellers to reflect each store's identity and client needs.
  • Define Open to Buy and Sales Forecasts in line with financial targets.
  • Monitor sales performance through quantitative analysis, business reviews, and qualitative feedback to identify trends and build product expertise.
  • Conduct Sell-Through analysis and Stock Coverage monitoring to anticipate demand trends and ensure proper sales coverage.
  • Lead competitor analysis on pricing, assortment, and industry trends.
  • Act as key partner between Stores and Central Teams, sharing feedback and best practices, guaranteeing structured communication on top Merchandising matters (new launches, best practices, competitor analysis).
  • Cooperate with Visual Merchandising on store zoning, product display, and business priorities, ensuring commercially effective, brand-compliant visibility to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Training on new product launches, and in-store briefings on product needs, ensuring teams have the product knowledge and tools needed to sell effectively.
  • Provide CRM with targeted product input to support tailored client outreach and maximize sell-through for special launches.
  • Support Marketing in aligning brand communication with the local product strategy: PR, Media, in store animation and out of store activations.
  • Working closely with Local Supply Chain & Central Teams to ensure timely new store openings, from assortment to product availability and stock rebalancing.

  • 5 years of Retail Merchandising / Buying experience with strong understanding of the relevant market and the luxury industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong analytical background with exceptional forecasting skills.
  • Client-centric with retail mindset.
  • Curious mind ready to challenge the status quo.
  • Team player, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Public Speaking.
