Responsibilities

  • Adjust store displays based on seasonal or demographic factors to boost sales.
  • Train store staff on merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards.
  • Evaluate product performance and propose changes in pricing or promotion if needed.
  • Visit multiple retail locations to ensure merchandising strategies are consistently applied.
  • Prepare monthly reports on merchandising activities and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Use customer feedback to inform adjustments to product displays or selections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in merchandising software and inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations as required.
