About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within high-rise tower environments. The candidate should be available for immediate joining and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
• Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or operational concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and company standards.
  
  

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-rise towers/buildings.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Available for immediate joining.
  
  

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with FM operations and maintenance procedures.
