The MEP Supervisor for the Power division is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within power facilities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints. The supervisor will collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions is essential. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage MEP projects from planning to completion stage.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to define project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes during installations.
• Maintain quality control standards in all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Lead maintenance teams in conducting routine inspections and necessary repairs.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to prevent overruns.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build team capacity and expertise.
• Prepare and present progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Resolve conflicts and manage changes in project scope and timeline.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in supervising MEP projects within power sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and understand financial constraints.
• Effective communication skills necessary for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
