MEP Supervisor -Power 22D25

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Power 22D25. As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within our projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP personnel on project sites.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during all MEP operations.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate MEP systems with construction plans.
• Monitor the progress of MEP installations and resolve any arising issues proactively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed MEP documentation and project reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to optimize MEP system designs.
• Train and mentor MEP technicians to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
• Participate in project planning meetings to provide technical insights and support.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with MEP services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in supervising MEP installations in projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including design and installation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of technicians and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions swiftly.
• Proficient in using computer software related to MEP design and project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
