Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimating in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, pricing, and MEP system components.
