Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.

• Develop and maintain a detailed cost database for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals and cost reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in MEP cost estimation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
