MENA Sales Associate - Dubai

We’ll trust you to:

  • Work as part of a dedicated team focused on clients across the Middle East, cultivating and managing strong client relationships
  • Provide exceptional partnership to our clients, responding to requests and inquiries promptly and thoughtfully
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to support client onboarding and facilitate ongoing account requests
  • Manage CRM / Salesforce data for the region, including maintaining sales pipeline information and business development activity
  • Partner closely with colleagues and clients to incorporate evolving regional and global trends, helping deepen client relationships and align Lazard’s offerings with client needs
  • Support new business development by preparing materials, participating in client meetings, monitoring market developments, and conducting competitive analysis
  • Contribute to the overall sales process by identifying opportunities to promote Lazard’s products and services across digital, print, and in‑person channels
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of Lazard’s investment platform, philosophies, and asset allocation frameworks to help tailor materials and communications for prospective and existing clients

You’ll need to have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services (institutional client service experience preferred); strong graduate applicants also considered
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated interest in the asset management industry, particularly in Middle East markets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, high‑energy environment with a strong commitment to excellence
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a strong appetite for learning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with speed and accuracy
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders
