Membership Sales Specialist/BDM - (Tele-Sales Focus)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and sell premium recreational loyalty memberships through tele-sales and client engagement, while ensuring excellent follow-up and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and manage sales leads
  • Sell premium loyalty memberships via tele-sales and direct client interactions
  • Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable membership solutions
  • Prepare basic presentations, reports, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support sales strategies
  • Follow up with clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention


Working Schedule

  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 days per week & 1-2 hours work from home on 6th day


Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele-sales (mandatory)
  • Fitness / wellness industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining
