Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Regional Member Engagement Manager to strengthen and grow the professional community in the region. This role will drive member engagement through events, workshops, and learning initiatives, while building meaningful relationships with members, students, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and confident in facilitating meetings, networking, and communication across diverse channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement & Community Building:

  • Plan and deliver engagement activities, including learning & development sessions, workshops, and networking events.
  • Attend events, build relationships with members, and act as a visible presence for the organization in the region.
  • Communicate on social media and other platforms to ensure members feel heard, engaged, and informed.
  • Work with universities and student groups to promote professional accreditation and career development opportunities.
  • Respond to member queries and support the community to foster a sense of belonging.


Strategic & Operational Leadership:

  • Facilitate board meetings confidently, track outcomes, and take follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement regional strategies and achieve engagement goals.
  • Support Regional Board members and contribute to the development and execution of the Regional Market Plan.
  • Analyse member feedback and data to improve programs, events, and overall member satisfaction.


Candidate Profile:

  • Confident, energetic, and flexible; able to adapt to evolving needs and different professional environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable networking with members, students, and stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, organise events, and deliver results.
  • Arabic and/or French language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in the same industry is not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.


Working Conditions & Benefits:

  • Hybrid role: At least 3 days in the office, flexible with timings.
  • Salary: AED 20,000 +
  • medical insurance, visa and discretionary bonus.
