We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Patient Registration Coordinator (Call Center Rep).

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring the smooth running of our patient registration process and delivering exceptional customer service.

(In-person and on-site, not a remote position).

Job Details

Must Have:

Must pass fingerprinting background check
Proof of covid vaccination
Must pass drug test (no medical marijuana cards accepted)
Healthcare experience

Schedule: M-F + some saturdays
Hours: 8a-5p, 9a-6p
Contract duration: 6-months

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Patient Registration Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing the patient registration process, ensuring that all details are correctly captured and updated in the system
Providing accurate and timely information to patients about insurance benefits, eligibility, and authorizations.
Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Patient Registration Coordinator role will have the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as MS Office and patient registration systems.
A high level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of medical terminologies, insurance processes, and patient registration procedures is a plus.
