  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on new product features or improvements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as determined by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical products and services and their market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
