Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell medical products.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product awareness.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to present our product offerings.
  • Market and demonstrate product features to healthcare staff and procurement teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer leads within assigned territories.
  • Prepare detailed and customized sales proposals and contracts that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams for market-driven enhancements.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure optimal product utilization.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated sales territory.
