Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager!

A Day In The Life

As a Medical Representative you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

• Promoting Company Products: At the core of the MRs role is to actively promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and other healthcare-related items. This involves introducing new products, effectively communicating their benefits, composition, and uses to healthcare professionals.
• Achieving Sales Targets: MRs are typically responsible for meeting or exceeding specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by their companies. This directly contributes to the companys revenue and market share.
• Influencing Prescriptions: Through persuasive communication, providing scientific evidence, and building trust, MRs aim to encourage healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend their companys products.
• Scheduling and Conducting Appointments: A significant part of their day involves planning and organizing daily visit schedules to meet with healthcare professionals, present products, and address any queries they may have.
