A Day in the Life

As a Medical Representative for SkinCeuticals in Dubai, you will implement the medical action plan to increase prescription and recommendation of the brand. You will be the crucial link between our cutting-edge science and the medical community, building strong partnerships with dermatologists and aestheticians.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include

  • Medical Detailing & Engagement: Visiting targeted doctors to present SkinCeuticals scientific characteristics, conducting hands-on facial demonstrations, and representing the brand at congresses and medical trainings to drive recommendations.
  • Strategic Execution: Implementing the visit strategy by ensuring target coverage and frequency, utilizing all promotional tools (including CRM/CLM platforms), and checking on product distribution and stock levels within partner pharmacies and clinics.
  • Business Development: Analyzing your sector and competitor activity to create strategic action plans for ROI. You will forecast sales, monitor sell-out data, and identify new business opportunities to achieve growth.
  • Planning & Reporting: Organizing and optimizing your visit schedule, and carrying out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting using our monitoring tools, including Veeva.

We Are Looking For

We Are Seeking a Candidate With a Strong Scientific Background And a Commercial Mindset. You Are a Great Match If You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a medical representative.
  • Scientific Knowledge: The ability to deeply understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products.
  • Medical Detailing: Exceptional skills in presenting to medical professionals to influence prescription habits.
  • Entrepreneurship: A proactive approach to managing your sector, forecasting sales, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Centricity: A dedication to building and maintaining strong, personalized relationships with your clients.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
