This role reports to a P&G Personal Healthcare Area Sales Manager.

The job family of Field Sales/Store Development Org/Merchandiser involves a range of roles focused on the promotion and selling of products directly to consumers in a variety of retail settings. This includes merchandising, store development, and field sales roles that work collaboratively to ensure product visibility, store layout optimization, and sales growth.

Job Description

This role is part of the Medical Sales team at Procter & Gamble. As a member, you will contribute to executing strategies within your team or organization. Your focus will be on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or line with clearly defined objectives.

What Success Looks Like

• Full ownership and high accountability of your business (i.e. account, territory, area, customers)
• Excellent management of relationships with assigned customers and external partners as the face and representative of the Company
• Able to develop and recommend business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business growth for customers and for P&G
• Able to abide with P&G’s Purpose, Values and Principles, and P&G policies especially in handling confidential information.

• Prior experience as a medical representative at a pharmaceutical company
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
• Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly.
• Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements.
