Job Description

As a Medical Representative - Dental, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling dental products and solutions to healthcare professionals, primarily focusing on dentists, dental clinics, and dental hospitals. Your primary objective is to drive product awareness, achieve sales targets, and develop strategic customer relationships within the dental industry. Leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for conveying the benefits and features of our products, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our brand in the dental market. This role requires a deep understanding of dental products and the ability to seek out new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts. Successful candidates will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and an appetite for continuous learning about dental equipment and industry trends.


Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell dental products to dental professionals and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with dental professionals and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned sales territory.
  • Conduct informative product presentations to dental professionals and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement sales and promotional strategies.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide product education and training to customers to ensure proper product usage.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dental industry and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on sales activity, customer feedback, and market analysis.
  • Attend dental conferences, trade shows, and seminars to increase brand visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet organizational sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to understand and effectively communicate product knowledge and benefits.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory to meet clients and prospects.
  • Proficiency with sales reporting tools and CRM software applications.
