Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory tests, analyze samples, and ensure accurate reporting to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Analyze test results and report findings to physicians
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Assist in quality control and calibration of equipment
• Dispose of biohazard materials according to regulations
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Valid UAE license or eligibility (DHA / HAAD / MOH)
• Previous experience in a hospital or diagnostic lab preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• English proficiency (Arabic is an advantage)
