About The Opportunity

A role within the healthcare services and medical management consulting sector delivering on-site clinical services across United Arab Emirates. We partner with clinics and corporate healthcare programs to provide high-quality primary and urgent care, compliance-driven workflows, and patient-centred outcomes. Seeking a hands-on Medical Officer to deliver clinical care, triage, and documentation for on-site operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care: perform clinical assessments, diagnose common conditions, and manage treatment plans for on-site patients.
• Conduct triage and emergency stabilisation: prioritise patient care, provide immediate interventions, and escalate to higher-level care as needed.
• Prescribe and manage medications within approved protocols and ensure safe discharge planning and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation using Electronic Medical Records and ensure coding/record completeness.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborative care with specialists, allied health professionals, and external facilities.
• Uphold infection prevention, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance standards in day-to-day clinical operations.

Minimum Qualifications: Registered medical practitioner eligible to practise in the UAE (valid UAE medical license required), MBBS or equivalent clinical qualification, and relevant clinical experience in on-site or outpatient care. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Right to work and ability to commit to on-site schedules across UAE locations.
