Responsibilities

• Review and accurately code medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.

Requirements

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple coding assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and other healthcare management software.
