Key Responsibilities/What You Do

• Coordinates work flow & meet deadlines.
• Evaluate high cost and complicated cases.
• Monitors claims handling quality.
• Commitment to the process instructions to apply the new induced Cost Containement process and follow up on it.
• Following up new joiners training and refreshment sessions.
• Following up scheduling.
• Following up complete and accurate data entry on system.
• AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
  
  

Key Requirements/What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree in MBBS
• Minimum 5 years in the Health Care Industry, including TPA’s, insurance companies, hospitals, or medical centers.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Show flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users
• Ability to train other staff.
• Strong negotiations and presentation skills.
