Senior Media Planning Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office

Role Summary

The role is pivotal in driving growth, visibility and performance of the network’s advertising solutions – spanning on-site, off-site, in-store and data led media channels. Closely working with sales, marketing and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, leading the retail media events calendar and driving campaign initiatives that will strengthen client relationships, and elevate the overall proposition of our retail media offering.

Developing marketing strategies and overseeing content creation that aligns to Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s Media strategy and brand goals for Precision Media. The role holder is also responsible for driving visibility of the Precision Media proposition in market, creating compelling narratives, managing media relations and content and building a strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness through formats including our Events, LinkedIn and Other distribution channels to deliver measurable results.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of event led media campaigns across omni-channel media products.
  • Develop media frameworks and go-to-market strategies that align with the Precision Media brand objectives, inclusive of leading the development and execution of the retail media events calendar.
  • Work with internal data and insights teams to leverage first-party shopper data for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
  • Oversee creative and media asset production, aligning messaging with retailer brand marketing initiatives and maximising advertiser engagement.
  • Build and execute the marketing strategy for Precision Media, including brand positioning, communications and partner marketing.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership content and event activations to promote the network’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with brand advertisers, agencies, and internal commercial teams to co-develop impactful campaigns.
  • Act as a senior liaison for key accounts, ensuring excellence in campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or any other related field
  • 8+ years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce or digital advertising environments.
  • Proven experience in omnichannel media planning and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in media performance and marketing analytics tools.
