Job Description

A Media Buyer is a marketing professional responsible for purchasing advertising space across various media channels on behalf of clients or an organization. Media Buyers analyze market research data and audience statistics to develop targeted advertisement strategies that reach the right audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies to meet clients' marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure advantageous ad space and costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in marketing or advertising.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors and clients.
  • Proficiency in media buying software and analytical tools for campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical ability to assess marketing data and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of different media channels and advertising pricing models.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
