Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our team and oversee quality assurance processes across various systems in complex engineering projects.
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities.
- Conduct inspections for mechanical and painting works as per project specifications and international standards.
- Conduct inspections for mechanical and painting works as per project specifications and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, industry codes, and client requirements.
- Perform welding inspections, surface preparation, coating, and painting inspections.
- Review and verify material certificates, test reports, and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for quality assurance.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain records.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QC inspection for mechanical and painting disciplines.
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Certifications: AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1 and NDT
- Strong knowledge of welding, coating, and painting inspection standards.
- Familiarity with industry codes (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
- BGAS or NACE in certification
