Job Description

Residential High Rise Building

Effective verbal and written communication skills,

Study project design, suggest initiatives for MEP works design enhancement
Study BoQ & WO for work scope coverage and quantity sufficiency as per project design
Execute and monitor the MEP works with the vendor as per Construction schedule & GFC drawings
Achieved desired progress, maintain quality and safety at site
Coordination among C&S, Finishes and other vendors at site
Coordination among Central Design team & Project
Assist in tender drawing, BoQ, vendor negotiation, certification of vendor invoicing and maintaining records
High level of Integrity,
Effective verbal and written communication skills,
Strong Negotiations skills,
Vendor Database,
SAP Exposure
