Job Description

The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the key link between advanced X-ray imaging systems and healthcare providers across the MEAR region.Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical and technical application support to distributors and end users
• Conducting on-site and remote demonstrations, user training, and workflow optimization sessions
• Supporting radiology teams with imaging protocols, dose management, and best-practice guidance
• Assisting distributors in troubleshooting application-related queries
• Analyzing customer workflows and recommending optimal system configurations to enhance efficiency and image quality
• Collaborating with sales, service, and R&D teams to communicate market feedback and support product improvements
• Participating in product launches, workshops, and educational initiatives
• Staying updated on software upgrades, clinical developments, and emerging imaging technologies
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication skills:

• Bachelors degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of X-ray imaging systems and medical imaging software
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management
• Previous experience in clinical application support or training is preferred
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Willingness to travel as required
