We are looking for the eCommerce lead is responsible to drive online sales through different eCommerce business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build/Align the local eCommerce strategy and detailed plans for all target audiences and categories across ecommerce business models with the correct marketing mix
- Build and animate the cross functional operating model to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure flowless execution and optimize the tactical plans leveraging data/insight.
- Platform eCommerce platforms, build & execute tailored account plans to maximize online sales performance also define/own the eCommerce KPIs
- Define the proposal for eCommerce commercial policy – rebates, marketing development funds – to grow profitably ensuring alignment with policy guidelines
- Support customers to setup agreed product catalogues with a sustainable maintenance program
- Set up processes and governance for eCommerce country operations & platform animation.
- Localize and drive the end to end global eCommerce playbook to increase the engagement, conversion and avg basket size
- Set up analytics for eCommerce performance, independently or in coordination with partners, and ensure analyses results into actionable plans
- Be the change agent in the country to ensure the ecommerce channel transformation.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of e-marketing and/or online sales development experience:
- Online customer need analysis, value chain analysis, defining value proposal
- Experience in developing comprehensive e-marketing and actions plans
- Successful experience in developing customer centric approaches
- Direct B2C/B2B eCommerce experience (at least 1 year)
- Account management with commercial negotiation experience
- Direct experience on commercial policy transformation relating to eBusiness
- Able to create online sales concepts, customer journeys based on ROI driven business models
- Good general understanding of e-marketing tools and instruments (SEA, SEO, Affiliate,
Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics…)
- Knowing the e-commerce KPIs and having a general understanding of web analytics
- Experienced in CRM and persona analysis
- Good technological understanding of Webshop / eCommerce systems is a plus
- Experienced in leading service providers or agencies

- Capability to understand various business cultures

- Experience on supply chain transformation projects
- Light business case development for robust validation of new business concepts
