About the Role:

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support a $150M+ MEA services business. You will partner with senior Sales Leadership to drive predictable, scalable growth, shape go-to-market planning, manage the business cadence, and ensure deals are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance. This high-visibility role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, work confidently across multiple data sources, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic and operational partner to senior CSS Sales leadership
  • Drive forecasting discipline, pipeline quality, and regular business cadence (forecast calls, reviews, QBRs)
  • Support go-to-market planning, including territory design, account assignment, headcount, and quota allocation
  • Own business performance reporting, dashboards, and analysis across multiple operational data sets
  • Provide clear visibility into business health, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate accurate deal execution by ensuring alignment with Oracle business practices, approvals, pricing, and booking requirements
  • Ensure timely and compliant deal closure by collaborating with Finance, Delivery, Collections, Deal Management, and Shared Services.
  • Implement new processes, communicate Business Practices, and ensure adoption and effectiveness across the organization


Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics within a technology or enterprise services environment
  • Ability to balance strategic analysis with hands-on operational execution and strong follow-through
  • Proven experience working with multiple, complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and booking processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight timelines
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
