The Material Handling & Inventory Accuracy Team Lead is responsible and accountable for driving the supply chain activities in his/her related production plant. He covers two manufacturing lines (MCB and PCBA) and has a key responsibility for managing the end‑to‑end material flows between the third party warehouse and the Dubai factory.The role administers the local supply chain resources and is accountable for results in the domain of delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD), inventory accuracy and freight. A key responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule of the plan, in alignment with the Network Planning Organization and the local key stakeholder.
What You’ll Do
Operations and Continuous improvement:
Accountable for results in inventory accuracy (support DOH), freight and support in delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD)
Manage and optimize end‑to‑end material flows between the third party warehouse and the Dubai factory to ensure stable, timely and accurate material availability for two different electronic component production lines
Ensuring successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule.
Administering the efficient use of packaging and warehouse materials according to SCM standards
Ensuring proper Material Resource Planning and SAP discipline
Drive alignment with key operational stakeholders: Plant and Operations Management, along with all other relevant functions.
Building Organizational Capability
Management of local SCM personnel and driving SCM activities
Create standard practices across the plants and clear development plans for the teams and develop learning organization
Audit Readiness
Handle annual inventory counts (W2W) and regular cycle count process
Supporting the OPS and SCM related audits within the span of control and driving OpA maturity
Change Management
Establishing a culture of compliance and adoption of new processes in a changing environment
Enable transition of processes with proper documentation and leverage ADKAR methodology to drive the change
Support in key strategic projects deployment at plant in collaboration with the Network and Program teams
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain
Excellent usage of SAP
Skills
Logistics Management, Plant operations, Purchasing, warehouse and shipping activities
