MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The Inflight team is responsible for designing, delivering and enhancing the onboard customer experience while ensuring alignment with brand standards, safety requirements and operational realities.
The team defines how service is delivered onboard by developing service flows, manuals, SOPs, menus, onboard products, galley processes and by testing new concepts through service trials, charter flights and VIP operations.
It manages the end‑to‑end inflight supply chain in close collaboration with catering and suppliers, oversees onboard brand and appearance standards, including uniforms and grooming, curates and manages Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content and works closely with Cabin Crew and Training teams to develop training content..
About The Role
This 12-week rotational internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the cross-functional operations of the Inflight department at flydubai. The intern will develop customer-experience and hospitality-focused thinking, gain insight into operational constraints, and enhance their problem-solving skills. The program offers hands-on experience in catering, training, in-flight entertainment, and uniform and image, guided by experienced professionals.
