As we continue to expand our Marketing function in Saudi Arabia, this new position will play a key part in supporting our business growth.
In line with this purpose, we are now seeking a skilled Marketing Support to join our team with 5 days of work - Sunday to Thursday. In this role, you will support end-to-end product and brand management — from portfolio and category development to campaign execution, activations and agency management. Working closely with Sales, Supply and global Marketing teams, you will see product launches, track performance, and translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
The Impact You’ll Make
Plan and execute portfolio strategy with optimal product positioning and competitive pricing
Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to support business goals and category growth
Monitor market trends and benchmark competition pricing & positioning to drive actionable goals
Manage product portfolio in alignment with Commercial teams including Sales, Supply and global Marketing teams
Track and analyse KPIs including sales, market share, profitability, and brand funnel metrics
Optimize go-to-market strategies continuously based on data and performance learnings
Take initiative and demonstrate strong ownership to drive category growth and brand mental availability
Work cross-functionally with various teams by effectively taking and giving initiative as needed
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in relevant fields
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Product and/or Brand Management in B2C environments, preferably with consumer goods, consumer electronics, retail or e-retailers background
Experience in budget & portfolio management would be a plus.
Strong Excel knowledge is needed.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this role.
