Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Send regular WhatsApp promotions, offers, and product updates to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with existing customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Design marketing materials, advertisements, catalogues, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.
• Build databases of contractors, real estate companies, consultants, and technical service companies.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Prepare weekly marketing and performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and WhatsApp marketing skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in building materials, plumbing, sanitary ware, or construction industry is an advantage.
