Job Title: Marketing Program Manager

Job Summary:

Youll be the operational and executional powerhouse behind the marketing strategy, working directly with the Head of Marketing to make things happen.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Team Management

• Own the day-to-day execution of the marketing strategy.
• Set and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities across the team.
• Keep the marketing calendar updated — campaigns, content, product launches, events.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across social, content, and external stakeholders.
• Run internal check-ins, follow-ups, and recaps — making sure nothing slips.

Partnership & Brand Collaboration

• Manage brand and commercial partnerships from execution to follow-up.
• Ensure all deliverables (content, approvals, performance reports) are handled on time.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align partners with broader campaigns.

Event Execution

• Plan and execute marketing events — from brand activations to partner-hosted experiences.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, team roles, and timelines.
• Ensure events are aligned with overall marketing goals and leave a lasting brand impression.

What You Bring:

• Min. 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, events, or partnerships.
• You’re highly organized, proactive, and reliable - with a “make it happen” mindset.
• You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator who brings kindness and accountability to the table.
• You thrive on clarity, structure, and follow-through.
• You’ve worked on both internal team workflows and external-facing partnerships or events.
