Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Clerk to support the day-to-day execution of routine digital marketing tasks across websites, social media accounts, and online platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repetitive digital updates. You will play a critical support role by ensuring all content changes are accurate, timely, and consistent. Key Responsibilities

Content Posting & Updates

  • Publish approved content across social media platforms based on schedule.
  • Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely execution of updates.
  • Update website content such as products, pricing, and announcements.
  • Ensure updates are in line with approved materials.

Digital Tools & Coordination

  • Make product and price updates on online platforms and directories.
  • Use CMS and scheduling tools to manage postings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to receive finalized content and instructions.
  • Keep records of all changes, postings, and updates.

Quality Checks & Compliance

  • Review formatting, pricing, and links for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Report errors or missing details to management.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure all platforms remain consistent.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a digital support, marketing operations, or clerical role.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and multitasking.
  • Basic written communication skills.
  • Experience working with online listings or marketplaces is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AED
