Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to build the StrongYes brand across the UAE and GCC. You will lead content marketing, social media, partnerships, SEO, and demand generation initiatives to drive audience growth and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the UAE/GCC marketing strategy
Manage social media, content, email, and GEO, SEO campaigns
Build partnerships with universities, corporates, and ecosystem players
Drive brand awareness and lead generation
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, media, or employer branding
Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC business ecosystem
Excellent content and communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and analytics
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
