Marketing Manager

Secret Gardens Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
  
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
  
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
  
• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to support business development efforts.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
