Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist or Manager to strengthen AVR Labs' positioning, generate qualified visibility, and translate our capabilities into clear, consistent market messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

•      Own or support the company marketing plan, campaigns, and content calendar

•      Clarify and communicate AVR Labs' market positioning consistently across channels

•      Coordinate case studies, project highlights, website updates, presentations, and announcements

•      Support lead generation efforts in collaboration with the business development team

•      Track campaign performance and refine messaging based on results

•      Maintain and enhance the company's marketing and branding guidelines

Skills Required

•      Strong brand and marketing strategy thinking

•      Ability to position a company with multiple services under one clear narrative

•      Good copywriting and communication skills

•      Digital marketing knowledge across social, website, email, and paid performance channels

•      Ability to coordinate with designers, content creators, and leadership

Preferred Background

•      Experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, design-led brands, or innovation-driven companies

•      Understanding of UAE market dynamics is a plus

•      Experience working in a small to mid-sized, fast-moving company is preferred
